These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of flipnearn. By creating an account, signing in, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use flipnearn.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use flipnearn. If you are under the age of majority in your country (18 in India), you may use the service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up and to keep it up to date.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@webest.dev if you suspect unauthorised use.
• One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse the referral or coin system is prohibited.

3. Use of the service

You agree to use flipnearn only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You will not:

• Upload or enter content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or violates anyone's rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, disrupt, overload, or probe the service for vulnerabilities without written permission.
• Use the service to impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with other users' use of the service.
• Bypass or exploit rate limits, referral rules, or coin/voucher mechanics.

4. Your data and content

You retain ownership of the transactions, loans, remarks, tags, and other content you enter into flipnearn ("Your Content"). You grant flipnearn a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the service for you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it for advertising.

You can edit or delete individual records at any time and can request full-account deletion by writing to support@webest.dev. Please maintain your own backups of any data you consider important.

5. Android app and permissions

The flipnearn Android app is a companion to the web service. It requests only INTERNET, POST_NOTIFICATIONS, and — optionally — BIND_NOTIFICATION_LISTENER_SERVICE so it can read text from notifications posted by a small set of messaging and payment apps and prompt you to save detected transactions. All detection runs on your device; nothing is sent to our servers unless you confirm saving the transaction. The app does not request or use READ_SMS or RECEIVE_SMS and cannot access your SMS inbox. You may revoke notification access at any time from Android Settings.

6. Referrals, coins & vouchers

• Every account is issued a referral code. When someone signs up using your code, both parties are credited with coins as described in the app.
• Coins are a loyalty credit internal to flipnearn. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, cannot be sold, and cannot be redeemed for money.
• Coins may be redeemed only for vouchers listed in the app, subject to availability of stock.
• Voucher redemptions are processed manually by our team; delivery times are best-effort and not guaranteed.
• We may adjust coin rewards, redemption costs, or the voucher catalogue at any time.
• Any fraudulent, automated, or abusive referral or redemption activity will result in forfeiture of coins and may result in account suspension.

7. Availability, changes and termination

We strive to keep flipnearn available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may, at any time and without prior notice:

• Modify, add, or remove features.
• Pause or discontinue the service or any part of it.
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that appear to be involved in abuse, fraud, or illegal activity.

You may stop using flipnearn at any time. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that by their nature should survive, such as limitations of liability and dispute-resolution terms.

8. Intellectual property

flipnearn, the flipnearn name, logo, design, user interface, text, graphics, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service, nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual-property rights to you.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, flipnearn is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, flipnearn and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed INR 1,000 (one thousand rupees).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold flipnearn harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your use of the service, (ii) Your Content, or (iii) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree that the courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under local law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. If the changes are material, we will try to notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of flipnearn after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
